MS Outlook is the set standard for few of the users while communicating through e-mails. Outlook avails all the characteristics which are required for being the perfect e-mail client and all the mails and other objects are saved in a single file PST. Thus any harsh to this file is the matter of concern.
As for example, you may get the following error message while starting MS Outlook:
�The file drive:\path\file name.pst could not be found�
The data becomes inaccessible and when you click �OK�, the Create/Open Personal Folders File dialog box appears.

Ms Outlook old version have some these kind of errors, i suggest you to download new version of Ms Outlook.
