Removing Antimalware Doctor Virus

If you are reading this article then you've probably been infected with the antimalware doctor virus, you may think it's a application designed to protect your computer, but that's not the case at all, all the creators of this horrible virus want to do is make money from you owning a computer, so how do you go about removing antimalware doctor virus?
